Lori Greiner

Lori Greiner (born Lori Husman) is an American TV personality and entrepreneur. From 2009 on, she's appeared as a Shark or a Shark investor, in ABC's show on business and reality Shark Tank. As a student, she was intrigued by the idea of designing and selling jewelry that was custom made. When the concept for an organizer made of plastic came to her, she displayed it to females in the street to observe the reactions. Eventually, she patent the idea and began selling it in various platforms on the internet and offline. Then she added additional product. She has created and marketed over 1,000 products that have been successful. She also holds over 120 US and International patents. Her business-savvy skills allow her to instantly determine if products have the potential to be "a hero" in the sense that it could be. As a result, 95% of the products she sells are successful. A strong believer of "if you're lucky enough to have a chance at success there is a need to help others", she also makes annual donations to a diverse array of charities.
